A clear, biblical, and reproducible pathway to help you follow Jesus and help others do the same.

What we offer

More than a program. A pathway for life.

Become Disciples is a nine-topic discipleship pathway designed to help people grow as followers of Jesus and equip them to help others do the same.

The goal is not spiritual knowledge alone. It is spiritual transformation and multiplication: disciples who grow in Christ, make disciples, and help send others into the life and mission of Jesus.

Become disciples. Make disciples. Send disciples.

Why it matters

Discipleship should be clear and reproducible.

Jesus calls his people not only to follow him, but to make disciples.

That requires more than inspiring content or isolated programs. It requires a shared picture of what a disciple is, a clear direction for growth, and simple practices that can be lived and passed on to others.

Become Disciples provides a framework that helps believers and churches pursue discipleship that is:

  • Biblical: shaped by the teaching and example of Jesus

  • Intentional: pursued on purpose, not left to chance

  • Accountable: supported through honest, grace-filled relationships

  • Relational: lived with others, not alone

  • Reproducible: simple enough to be passed from person to person

  • Observable: focused on real growth, not participation alone

The pathway

A simple process for lasting growth.

The Become Disciples pathway is built around three stages that help turn discipleship from an aspiration into a way of life.

Infrastructure
Build healthy discipleship relationships, rhythms, and systems that support lasting growth.

Information
Learn the teachings of Jesus and the biblical foundations for following him.

Implementation
Put truth into practice through simple, intentional, and reproducible habits.

Discipleship is not complete when knowledge has been gained. It matures as disciples help others follow Jesus.

For churches

Equip your whole church to make disciples.

Pastors are not called to carry discipleship alone.

Become Disciples helps churches create a shared language for discipleship, equip leaders and small-group facilitators, and establish a pathway that everyday believers can understand, live, and reproduce.

We want to help build churches where:

  • Leaders know the kind of disciple they are seeking to form

  • Groups become places of intentional spiritual growth

  • Believers are equipped to invest in others

  • Discipleship extends beyond Sunday services and formal programs

  • Disciples make disciples who make disciples

You do not need another program to manage. You need a pathway your whole church can understand, live, and reproduce.

Why it matters

Discipleship happens on three levels.

Every church disciples on three levels, whether by design or by default.

Platform: from the stage, you reach the crowd.

Programs: through groups and courses, you organise the many.

Personal: one life helping another follow Jesus. This is where disciples are actually made.

Most churches are strong from the platform. Many invest in good programs. But personal discipleship, the level where reproduction actually happens, is the one most often left to chance.

And when all three are aligned to three different pictures of a disciple, even good effort pulls in different directions.

Become Disciples helps you do personal discipleship on purpose, and design all three levels around one clear definition of a disciple, so Platform, Programs, and Personal work as one system, not three disconnected efforts.

Seven marks

A clear picture of a disciple.

The Seven Marks of a Disciple give a shared, biblical picture of the kind of life Jesus seeks to form in every follower.

They are drawn from the words and expectations of Jesus, not from tradition, denomination, or personal opinion.

The Seven Marks help provide:

  • A prototype: a picture of a mature disciple

  • Goals: a clear direction for spiritual growth

  • Indicators: practical ways to recognise where growth is occurring and where further formation is needed

Discipleship is not merely completing a course. It is becoming more like Jesus and helping another person do the same.

Start your journey today.

Discipleship is not a program.
Discipleship is a life that helps another life follow Jesus.
